Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the US (unless stated otherwise). 

US orders are tracked and will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage by default (depending on the package size). Priority Mail is available upon request, please contact me for details.


When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 5-10 business days after it is placed.

For preorders, please allow at least 2-3 months for production and shipping times. (Updates are posted in my discord server)


When will I receive my order?

US orders are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.

Due to the pandemic, unforeseen events may affect delivery schedule.


My order is a gift/for someone else

Feel free to enter the recipient's name/address in the shipping address!

If you want the package to be a bit more customized, feel free to contact me with the details. (Please note there may be an extra cost incurred to the buyer depending on the request)


Can I combine my orders?

As long as I haven't shipped your order yet, feel free to let me know in the order notes with your order number! 

Please note that you may have to wait longer. If your package exceeds a certain weight, you may receive only a partial refund.

(If there is an excessive amount of orders that need to be combined, the transaction fee will not be refunded)

Can I change my address?

If your order has not been shipped/packed, please contact me with the updated address!

If you have bought a preorder item and you are moving, feel free to contact me to hold onto your order.


Do you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations?

Cancellations are not accepted.

Returns/exchanges are only available if I have sent the wrong item. 

Buyer has 14 days to contact me and return the item from the date the package was received.



What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?

Unfortunately, once the package is handed to the courier I have no control over the package. Orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage are insured by USPS up to $100.

Please either contact USPS regarding the details of your package, or contact me with the following information:

Damaged packages: 
1) a photo of the entire damaged item
2) photos of the external packaging (outside of the box/bubble mailer)
3) photos of the inside of the box/mailer (including packaging materials)
---The more evidence available that supports your claim, the better.

Lost packages:
In the event that the package is lost, please contact USPS (or your local post office) as soon as possible to avoid missing the filing period for lost package claims.

I am unable to ship to countries that do not accept shipments from the US due to COVID. 

    • If you have placed an order and I become unable to ship to your country, I will hold onto your package until shipments are allowed
    • I do not ship to Germany/France/Austria during this time
    • UK Shipping is possible only on my Etsy Due to fees, prices will be higher there. If you are interested, please contact me and I will create a custom listing for you to purchase.
