FAQ

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the US (unless stated otherwise). 

US orders are tracked and will be shipped with USPS Ground Advantage by default. Priority Mail is available upon request, please contact me for details.


When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 5-10 business days after it is placed.
Depending on the item, some orders may be delayed (please contact me if you have any questions).


When will I receive my order?

US orders are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days.

Unforeseen events may affect delivery schedule, if you wish to purchase express shipping please contact me.

Can I change my address?

If your order has not been shipped/packed, please contact me with the updated address!

If you have bought a preorder item and you are moving, feel free to contact me to hold onto your order.


Do you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations?

Cancellations are not accepted.

Returns/exchanges are only available if I have sent the wrong item.

Buyer has 14 days to contact me and return the item from the date the package was received.



What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?

 For LOST or DAMAGED packages, please contact me via email ([email protected]) for me to help you with the claims process.

Please note, I am not responsible for STOLEN packages.
Please contact your local post office and/or file a police report regarding the theft.
A search request may be submitted after 7 or more days after the shipment date.


For insured orders:
Buyers may be eligible for a refund/replacement. Please contact me with the following information:

Delayed/Lost packages:

1) For US orders, a claim can only be filed 20 days after shipment date.
2) For international orders, a claim can be made 40 days after shipment date. 

Damaged packages: 
1) a photo of the entire damaged item
2) photos of the external packaging (outside of the box/bubble mailer)
3) photos of the inside of the box/mailer (including packaging materials)
